I believe that each individual has the ability to thrive given the proper support and opportunity. This philosophy informs my approach to research, teaching and service. My work aims to empower students and researchers to be their best selves and attain success.

My research focuses on technology adoption and diffusion, focusing on key innovations within the fourth industrial revolution (4IR) and how they will impact areas and industries like higher education, corporations, scholarly communications and developing nations.
